Beach Body Start Time 1.7

For those of us who do the fitness programs designed to give us a Beach Body, this app will estimate what time you need to start your workout to ensure you can complete the full dvd. Just select the program and workout you are doing, whether or not you will be doing extra ab work, how much time you need to prep for and recover from the workout and what time you need to have everything finished by.
