Rules of the Road Lite 3.240.04

This is for studying the USCG Rules of the Road. Set up as flash cards, there are over 1000 questions, pulled directly from the USCG test bank.

This does not use data during normal use, so it is ideal for using on Airplane Mode.

More updates are coming! I am currently at sea, so there may be a while between updates, but they are in the works!
